Officer Dodger is a canine making Memphis safer

"I just read an article in The Commercial Appeal (link) about Dodger, the canine officer of the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, and I knew that he should be recognized as Something Good in Memphis.  Along with Detective Troy Simmons, Dodger has served in the field for eight years, helping to apprehend suspects and to detect narcotics.  As Dodger nears his retirement, I think it is right to recognize his work for our community."  Nominated by Thomas Robinson.
