Agnes Pokrandt teaches leadership in Memphis

In a search to find someone to help the inner-core of our organization to flourish, we found Agnes Pokrandt. Agnes is a unique and creative woman that finds an opportunity in every situation to produce positive results. For the past year, I have worked with Agnes as we instituted the Leadership MIFA program for our management staff. Her intelligence and energy gives her the ability to convey efficient and effective management skills and styles to all of those around her. Her attention to details and language has increased our management’s ability to offer effective developmental coaching to staff. Her passion for raising the bar truly rubs off on those around her. We are thankful for her gifts to us, which have made MIFA a more cohesive team.

Thank you to Agnes for her work to empower as we “help change lives” in our community. We could not have asked for a better teacher, and MIFA and Memphis are the better for her. She truly is Something Good in Memphis. Nominated by Vanessa Frazier.

Thank you for featuring Agnes, for this is a well-deserved honor! I know her both professionally and personally and she's "top drawer" all the way, generously sharing her gifts and skills, living her values - and we are all the richer for her!

We have nothing but praise for Agnes, a friend of our family and godmother to our son. For over thirty years she has continuosly distinguished herself for being a genereous person ready to assist the needy, teach those who have a thirst for knowledge and provide advice when requested.
We are honored and priviledged to have a friend like Agnes. She embodies a unique combination of knowledge, people skills, caring and a wonderful heart full of compassion for others.
Allow us to equally praise MIFA for taking the time and making the effort to recognize outstanding human beings like Agnes Pokrandt.

I have known Agnes for 20+ years, both as a customer and as an co-worker. She operates with integerity, competence and confidence; and she has a great sense of humor. More important though, she and her husband Ron are both incredibly authentic human beings. They are both selfless and tireless in helping others. I am proud to call her/them my friends and feel pride and satisfaction when I see others recognize what we at Performance Systems have known for many years.
